  Lovely food that came out hot & didn’t have an excessive waiting time. Angus was very friendly, attentive & provided a great service. Found the music a little loud for having conversations but overall an enjoyable visit.

  We were a party of 8 that went to Zizzi Haywards Heath last Sunday . We had a really good time, the atmosphere was great, food excellent and above all Angus was extremely attentive.

  19th May 7.45pm after starters it took 45mins for pizzas in that time I ordered and drank a coffee.Ordered the rustic picanto which I love it did taste nice but Omg it came with so much rocket we laughing, once I gave half to my husband I soon reilize why the base was so thin it was like paper in places. Also a very big health and hygiene risk the board the pizza on had an inch crack through one end down the middle which I didn't see till eating some of my paper thin pizza. Also we watched a waitress brush chairs down then brush the table around the knives and folks I would say another hygiene risk. Also the little choc at the end severed in a metal cup burn hazard looking at the table opposite was the same and they left it too need to rethink the little cups for customers to enjoy the little gift. It holds a place in my heart as my husband and I had our first date there so we love going there. We moved away and made a special trip down that night paid over £60 and was so disappointed standards had well dropped but I must add that the waitress at the end was lovely didn't get her name sorry but she is an asset.   We were served by Angus. He was warm, welcoming and very attentive but without being over the top. It was for our daughters 21 birthday celebrations, service was efficient friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Food was delicious, time in between each course was really good. Angus checked in to make sure we had everything with need with a warm smile, helping our celebrations to go smoothly and making it a lovely evening

  Decided to give Zizzi Haywards Heath a try while stopping in the area before a morning flight & it was a great decision. Angus was serving us and he really made us feel welcome tonight, very friendly and helpful with food recommendations, the service was also prompt and very courteous. We were all blown away by how tasty the food was and will certainly be eating at Zizzi more often, and thank you to Angus for his great service 🙏
